Okay, I really don't use the Koikatsu main game, but I'll help you to the best of my knowledge. First, you need this plugin which is the BGMLoader plugin. It allows you to replace the audio of the game by changing the already existing music.

1. Convert your audio/music files to .OGG​

Koikatsu Party’s BGMLoader does not support MP3 files. You must convert them to OGG format. Use any free audio converter like this one:

Convert all your desired MP3 tracks to .ogg format as simple, single-track files.
TIP: Don't do it all at once, just convert one track to test if it works.

2. Add a folder in your BepInEx called BGM and follow the directory below

The BGMLoader works by replacing the vanilla game tracks based on file names. You must rename your new .ogg files to match the game's internal BGM IDs. The naming format must be strictly BGMxx.ogg, where xx is a two-digit number corresponding to the game's original tracks. That is the BGM that will replace the original audio.

Example: Name your file BGM00.ogg, BGM01.ogg, BGM02.ogg, etc

FOR TESTING PURPOSES: Just try replacing the title screen audio. For example, you use Sunshine by OneRepublic the change the filename to "BGM00.ogg" ​

4. Place the Files in the Correct Folder​

Once your files are converted and renamed, you need to place them in the BepInEx directory.

• Open the BepInEx folder.
• Look for a folder named BGM. Again, If it doesn't exist, create a new folder and name it exactly BGM.
• Move your renamed .ogg files (BGM00.ogg) into this BepInEx\BGM folder.

5. Test in Game​

Launch Koikatsu Party. The BGMLoader "should" automatically adjust the game's audio calls on startup and replace the stock background music with your custom tracks during runtime or that specific event in game.

So did what you said but I probably messed up and did manage convert mp3 music to ogg and created the Bgm folder but nothing is happening

copy and paste the settings of your character

also check the timeline and disable pregnancy+ if enable

That actually didn;t fix it either. Its like this dark spot is independent of the skin type and overlays, i don't know what's causing it. Would you mind checking it out? I tried changing the intensity, body type, body sliders, body paint, tanlines, it wont go away at all.

Apparently the folder which the BGM should be place INSIDE the plugins folder as such. I edited the original post to correctly reflect this. I apologize for my poor instructions as I didn't state this clearly. (also I didn't know about this file path until now, I guess I learned something new 😅)

So just place my bgm folder in the plugin folder I’m so sorry you’re here trying to help me but I’m dumb as hell trying to figure this out I never done any of this until now

Maybe the zipmod you're using is outdated?

If it's already set up, you can check which zipmod is being used from the character creation screen

I'm looking for a time-stopping mod for Koikatsu. I know not if one already exists, but I have yet to find it. I am looking for one that ideally works in both free h and the main game, and then allows you to do whatever, and whoever you wish. Does a mod like this exist?
If not, where can I find someone to make it?

I was trying out after years again this, and after downloading all the missing mods and all, every char I try to use just get randoms accesories, or a strange face, or sometimes their bodies are small or has nothing to do with the original card. The strangest thing is, that some cards are fine.
Anyone know why could this be? The installation is default, the only added things are the missing mods and plugins some cards need.

I just make again a clean install, put the mods and now it works. Idk why, Because I literally hadn't touched anything before. But now it works.

I got a weird issue and I'm pretty sure it has to do with loading somehow. Sometimes in studio, characters do not have their skin loaded properly. It's just a black void. Resetting studio solves this but I have had this happen several times so I'm not sure what could be the issue besides something going wrong during studio booting up.

Can someone help me understand how to change Ramiel's (pink haired one) face lighting? When loading into a scene she looks ok but if I want to Ctrl + P her her face gets this weird shadowing. When tested with another character she doesn't have this weird shadowing on her face (More specifically around her nose and mouth). I tried messing around with makeup / material editor but I'm not very versed in it. Can any help explain how to fix it ?

It's basically a full body red skinsuit but with off shoulder short sleeves and some kind of black bikini on top , white sash and white flats. the skinsuit I see none with similar sleeves and cant find a similar bikini either


ED: I have all the red part basically layed out , just need a TOP that replicates the black part. I found one that could do the trick but it's a BRA part , can I change a BRA to a TOP ?

Wogrim has a guide on how to move clothes from one category to another, which I'll link here. It's quite lengthy, but it explains everything very well. Read the other guides about the zipmods basics if you want. Not sure how relevant they are, but I just linked it there anyway in case you want to check it out because the guide mentions it a few times. Feel free to ask if you need any help.

I also suggest exporting the UV map in Material Editor. It can be handy if the detail masks aren't really helpful.

Also, if you don't mind me suggesting items that could be fitting, you can use the full-body tights for making the suit, and I think the hachimaki head accessory looks close to her sash.
