For some reason, the UV Map is exported by material, but you can merge everything in Photoshop or GIMP if you want to work with a custom mask.
I was only able to add one blend shape due to time constraints.
I'll most likely make more modifications later (much later).

It will probably go haywire, given that it doesn't contain the same number of bones as BP SOS and BP Sac.
That's why it's currently only made for Charastudio. In that case, you could use nodes or something easier (in my opinion): use the dynamic bone object. In KKPE, you only activate some bones, the shaft (1-7), and invert the polarity of the bound (Inside), and parent the female crotch using the dynamic bone object so that it maintains that attraction with the penis.

It's possible, though more complicated.
For that, I'd have to extract the FBX or the bone list from the original BP SOS, fit the bones to this new mesh, calculate the weights per bone, and even then it would probably look odd in h-scenes due to the genital structure.
And that's just part of it, because I'd have to split the genitals in two: phallus and scrotum. BP works with each separately: the phallus with the bones and the scrotum with Dynamic Bones for movement and elasticity.
Nothing is impossible, but the trial and error of the most complex mods never ends, not even after they are shared.
