Why's this scene blindly bright?

DoriDoriko scene, no missing zipmods besides the Ellen model which I swapped with another model, it says something about "2x Warning! Lights above 2 may not affect everything" or something along those lines, I'm using KKP Studio, I dunno if the scene was made for KKS Studio only or if that doesn't matter

click on "P-MODMAP" and "P-MODMAP 1" in workspace (one at a time)

then click "anim" in the top left and make sure under culling mask that "chara" is disabled/greyed out for both
