As far as Im aware, the creation and selling of KK content is legally not allowed according to Illusion games themselves right, so if Patreon bans a user from sharing content. but the content in question turns out to be Stolen Assets, then the ban reason itself starts to fall apart right : O

It's hard to say. Logically, someone selling anything prohibited by law should be banned, which would result in no new stuf being allowed from that person.
On the other hand, all this DMCA stuff, etc., its a bullshit. They probably wouldn't care anyway. They could just as easily block 1/3 of the users, and that's probably not worth it.
