Oh, are you talking about the main koikatsu game? I'm not entirely sure. But if you have everything updated the genitals should collide if you switch the Male Penis to "BP SoS" and the Females to any of the BP uncensors.

KKPE should be near the play button, Dynamic bone collider is exactly what it sounds like, characters have bones and the collider make it stop/interact with them. You should have it if you updated your HF/RX. Take a look at these points I highlighted.

The original creator of the picture above is the person in the link.
But he's not a koikatsu producer.
He is a maker of HoYoverse game mode.
If you look up the HoYoverse Mode forum

There's a skin in the DDS file in the picture above
It is not dedicated to koikatsu
If you check the image through the DDS viewer, you can see that the specifications for designating areas such as skin texture or maintex normal map used in Koikatsu are different.
I don't know if any capable person can partially modify this and convert it for koikatsu but..
