Bad news. I tried adjusting the character model and found that the hands do actually exist, but they’re in a transparent state, because I noticed the fingernail models are still there.
I’m not really sure how to fix this, so I hope someone who understands this stuff can help solve my problem.

this might be pointless but what if u load other card as a base for the body and then load her card without "body" and "body bonemod" included.

somehow still doesn't work for me 😭 even after few redownloads and recopies

are u on KKS or KK since

usually converted KKS card will have an error when used on KK.
if only the headmod and the hair are the issue, try:
1. load ax_mmd card then save the outfit coordinate,
2. load znany card and on other cloth sloth (going home, gym uniform etc) load the saved outfit coordinate,
3. copy the hair from "in school" to the slot u loaded ax_mmd saved outfit are.

I’ve run into this issue before too. My guess is that it’s related to the body uncensor/decoder. Try switching to a different BP series, like “BP Innie Game,” or a SAC series uncensor such as “SAC Clit” — sometimes that makes the decoding work properly again. But that only treats the symptom, not the root cause. If one card has this problem, chances are other cards will eventually run into the same issue as well.

I experienced the exact same problem before, but in my case it was completely self-inflicted. To make mod loading faster, I renamed all my mods to .zip files and used WinRAR to change the compression method from “Normal” to “Store.” It actually did improve loading speed quite a bit, but a lot of characters started having the same decoding issue you’re describing. In the end, I deleted and re-downloaded all the uncensor/decoder mods, and everything went back to normal.

At the end of the day, this normally shouldn’t happen in the first place — it’s more of an issue with the modpack itself. You may have noticed that the exact same mod can have different file sizes across different modpacks even though the GUID shown in KKManager is identical. For example, compare the “gilleco” packs from the Chinese community with the “HF” packs from the English community.
