Sorry, for the late response... I somehow missed your post.
If Suyasuya ever decides to update those characters, they will most likely be ported to Koikatsu. Who knows how long it will be before he does that though.

By any chance do you also have pekomama and/or shion card from the same creator (suyasuya)?
I'm trying to figure out how to get the cards from him officially, but it's a bit confusing. I tried checking his Fanbox and then Booth, but it seems like you have to go to one platform to buy it to get a version in a different format, and then get the Koi version from another site. I'm not even sure if the purchases include the Koi card, which is the one I'm interested in.

the character is apparently mudrock from arknights, there aren't a lot of submissions on pixiv though so idk the author of the card
