You need to change EVERYTHING. I did it (It took my sanity and 45 minutes) not just texture but normal map.

Basically what I did, when I extract the texture, I group them (UV1,UV2,UV3.. etc) then I go through the entire part from top,bottom and accessories and replace the 4k texture with 1k texture one by one.

Hello everyone I am writing to give out a warning do not put the mod Ettore Voice1. This will prevent Studio from running correctly if you are running into the same problem just remove the mod/ delete it will fix the problem.

Is it just the zipmod? I deleted it but chara studio still won't load, haven't reset my pc though

Maybe you could share your LogOutput.log? It could be the case that the issue is actually reflected there and in that case I could try to help you as a developer myself. It's located at Koikatsu\BepInEx\LogOutput.log

Don't get your hopes high though because the amount of logging implemented is not enough tbh.

If it makes you feel better, 64mb of that is just for studio. It's 4k textures. It's 2.2gb because it includes 12 different color variations.
