I would assume it works in a similar way.
Select the affected character, head over to "Psuedo Maker" in the workspace, then to either "Clothing" or "Accessories" depending on what type of stockings they are.
After you've found them, scroll down to "Material Editor".
From there you'll most likely have to mess around with some of the sliders to see what actually influences the smudges and stuff.

well double MC means double VA which means double cost, and also more for player's storage, though with gacha using resource manager system shouldnt hurt
