Yes, I tried merging them. I wasn't exactly sure how to do the method you mentioned, so I came up with my own way.
Everything is mostly merged now, except for the Feixiao scene—whenever I save it, it causes a bug and becomes unusable. Zani's scenes have a few issues too, but most of them are working fine. I'm not sure how to fix this (I'm using the plugin that allows KK to load KKS files).
Since I don't plan on deleting the original files, the final file size will be pretty big.
I'll upload it in a few days, though I'm not sure if anyone actually needs it.
By the way, this isn't an All-in-One pack. I just merged the multiple scenes for specific months. Some months only had a single scene file anyway.

It runs fine for me. If I had to hazard a guess it could be one of two things;
1. You're missing ShalltyUtils, you can find it on the english KK discord.
2. You have "Active Stiletto" enabled, it can be disabled by opening the InitSetting launcher.

Is this a card you made or someone else did it? Have you checked by removing all clothing and all accesories? Sometimes there's weird issues with accs because creators use them for interesting gimmicks like complex clothing, and they put weird textures and shaders on them.Lately been obsessed with overlay,

There's an uncensor mod variant that needs its own textures and it causes a similar look. Can you check which one you're using? Alternatively, check the body in materialeditor to see if the maintex is missing something or looks funky.Lately been obsessed with overlay,

Due to how the game's coded, unless you know how to make it yourself, you really can't convert sunshine scenes into kk scenes without a mod or program to revert it.
EDIT: No idea if a program for that even exists, so take what I said with an extreme grain of salt
