sadly i don't think thats happening soon. i think blonde blazer was on a tier higher than i was subbed for, and has since deleted that card off his page.
honestly, you are better off with kaoskatsu or evaan's card. they're far cheaper and they actually give a shit

Its a cost/benefit thing more than jurisdiction/law stuff.
They win nothing prosecuting poor people like us (cries in working 8am-5pm).
