I think it's because the model is using clothing with Tessellation (tess) that occupies a body with the same shader and it's not being applied; you could change the shader used by the body or the clothing; that's your decision, although with tess and if it's just one model in the scene, then it's worth it (I say this considering the GPU usage).

I agree with you that the problem is in the shader, but I have no idea how to fix it

I agree with you that the problem is in the shader, but I have no idea how to fix it

In the workspace, you'll see several options at the bottom of the window. Select the character in question, click on Mat. Editor, and you'll open the Material Editor window for that character. In the CharaStudio version, everything is compiled in the same window (head, clothing, hair, accessories, etc). It's worth noting that you can only modify the shaders and masks, not the accessories or clothing themselves.

For that, you'll need to use another plugin, "Studio Pseudo Maker" which is installed by pasting the .dll file into (Koikatsu folder/BepInEx/plugins/<here>).
