It depends, can't really care to read peter's patreon but this is the idea: (Hentaisio as an example)
Each Patreon has its own content policies, and Hentaisio's is:
$1: Simple donation, nothing in return.
$5: Simple donation, Discord access.
$8: Simple donation, Discord access, you can vote on future card releases.
If you get the $8 plan, and Hentaisio doesn't give you vote power, or discord access, is a ToS violation.

If peter has $5:file access, password access. But you only get the file, then is a ToS violation. You have to give whatever you stated on your plans. There's loopholes, like "file", what file? well XD that's the thing, he can give you whatever file he wants to, you need to be specific on what you are giving in the plan. This exact same logic goes for Kickstarter, Kickstarter holds the money; if the creator doesn't deliver what they promised, the money is not given to the creator, but instead returned to the backer (this is a butcher explanation I know is more complex than that).

How complicated is the process in Unity regarding clothing or hair physics? I've made some zipmods, but using static models (hair, masks, hats, or accessories that can maintain a parent in different places, like belt attachments). I plan to put everything into a single zipmod in the future.

I've never dared to do anything that uses physics because, honestly, I've had a lot of problems when trying to write the CSV file with clothing and materials that contain more than three bones (the usual problem: not knowing which bone to use for attachment and ending up with the infamous "no set" parent and the exact order number to be able to place the accessory where it's actually wanted). With a clearer guide, I think I'd even dedicate more time to making zipmods with exported models and adding author attribution, to the point of sharing them for free because it pisses me off when people like Peter don't even reduce the polygon count of their models because they're just looking to make a quick buck, even if it ruins the game performance for some buyers.

HAHA! i'm not a big creator or anything! I just made a few free zipmods in the past and I'd rather not my user be thrown out here publicly. i've already had to deal with paywallers in MMD and Sims 4 communities, I was upset to see yet another modding community I joined go this same route.

all I'll say is I do have mods that are included in versions of better repack. I doubt they get much use, but...

Judging by the quality of the text and the effects, they were possibly added with video editing software, since Koikatsu doesn't display text that clear, but I could be wrong.

I won't presume to know how Poison marks his scenes (I'm assuming you mean marks when you say tags) because there're a LOT of ways you could mark cards... But chances are that re-saving the scene won't take care of the issue.

He could've marked the texture of an item that he used for the scene, he might've added a node constraint with a specific series of numbers, he could've done the same with a value in the timeline, etc.

So yeah, kind of hard to know what to look for... Also, he encrypts the scenes with a specific password he sends to you on DM and apparently he now shares his stuff through a specific site that requires you to log with your Patreon to get to his content, so yeah, it's normal that his stuff doesn't get shared as much nowadays. Also, he probably lost quite a few subs with how paranoic he's been when it comes to his content, and chances are most of those who remain are loyal simps that won't leak anything

Is there anyway to fix the face and neck area looking grainy? The scene is one of Tachumi's

Few things can cause this, tbh...

1. SofterSelfShadowing plugin
   • If you have this, just full on delete it. It's a FPS hog.
2. PostProcessingEffects plugin
   1. Press F1
   2. Search "Grain".
   3. If it's on, turn it off or adjust to your liking.
3. Projector of some sort
   • Look through your workspace or type "Projector" in the search bar. If there's something, toggle them off and on and just turn off the one causing this
4. Jane has some sort of matcap or NormalMap with a ridiculous resolution
   1. Select Jane in the workspace.
   2. Press Mat Edit to open up material editor for Jane
   3. Type "body" in the search bar on the top left
   4. Scroll down and see if there are dark grey fields in all the texture stuff.
   5. If so, hit "reset" for NormalMap or MatCap (or both)
5. You're running ReShade (a third-party shader injector program for 3D games) and somehow don't know it
   1. This is very unlikely, but if this is what's going on... I will laugh at you.
