Oh crap, now i remember! That's the MILF from the doujin, & i have her youngest daughter (oppai loli) Koikatsu card. It was fromhttps://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/121394379but unfortunately it got deleted by the creator. But here, i reupload it for you via IBB so it won't lose it's metadata.
Unfortunately i haven't found the teen daughter to complete the whole family.

It seems I've encountered the same problem. However, regarding the plugins you mentioned, like the HF-compatible version of CharacterAccessory, I couldn't find them on kk Discord after searching for a long time. As for the MoreOutfitSlots plugin, all the links on GitHub recently resulted in 404 not found errors. Is there really no better solution?
