I think to fix this, you need to go into kkpe, advanced, and find the bone in one of the tabs that controls the eye lids positioning and mouth movement
For animations, I have no idea how to fix

Hatoko: Houshou Marine Hair, Outfit and Outfit Overlays + Evaan: MHA Momo Bones, Face, Body and their Overlays.
It was just that quick of a edit, I didn’t even save the card, Evaan´s Momo body looked the closest to the one in your first picture so I used it.

Aside from the clothing being a mod, everything else—the face, body, and textures—was edited individually.
It's clearer here.

Yes, you made a beautiful card, good work. But I was talking about my quick edit, it was just a Hatoko + Evaan combo, but Evaan´s body hips were big enough to show the problem with the skirt just like the one of your first picture, so I used it on my example.
Anyway, was editing DBDE able to fix your problem with the skirt?

DBDE can fix some issues with the skirt; the problem seems to stem from the skeletal structure.
The body may contain Evaan's skeleton; I'll use NisshokuProject + Evaan's skeleton to extract it and edit it later.
The translation wasn't very smooth, please forgive me.

Is there a way to set koikatsu's scene menu to sort them by scenes names? i.e. don't sort it them by modified time, but rather have the oldest scene on the last page be for example scene #1, and the newest scene on the 1st page being scene #167
edit: Eh, just found the option in the plugins tab, pretty bad that there's no option for sorting them by names
