Newer version of Madevil's plugins does not play well with HF Patch/BR and will cause the entire game to break as you described. You'll have to find older/"debug" builds from the KK Discord if you want to stay on the HF ecosystem while still enjoying most of what his plugins offer (from what I know the only real feature missing is the ability to override renderer visibility in newer versions of AccStateSync).
Basically Madevil insists on working with MoreAccessories version 1.x, which hasn't been updated since forever because Joan6694 is MIA. He claims the forked version 2.0+ is "bootleg" and "unstable" but does nothing to improve the situation, like offering his apparently infinite coding wisdom in improving this so-called "unstable" version everyone has been using for years without problems. In fact iirc some folks at the KK discord decompiled his plugins and found that they will break themselves if they detect you running MoreAccessories ver 2.0+. Last time someone tried something like this over at RimWorld their entire mod got purged from the Steam workshop.

the hair is actually a reversed author suou(yukisuou) convetred to blender using pmx exporter and eye overlay as well
3.6 or 4.0 should do the trick

the game mkdel actually ahve mouth bones as well as eye motion bone attached during ripping to its is really easy and we do not have to add in future, the problem is the game body have diffferent bones and while ripping the charatcer body, its just rips off the cloth texture and attach to body

i have 3.35, with that bg, I didn't notice that. i recommend updating yours and clicking the option that will clear your plugin settings should help with whatever issue you're facing. just be sure to backup everything in your mods. (plugins you currently have are backed up via zip this way automatically)you installed yours from betterrepack and then hf patch?
and if its the latest why does it still says 3.34 while there is 3.35
and yes I originally installed from BR like 3 years ago. the latest HF patch is in the koikatsu discord server if you're in it, don't even bother asking for help there unless you're completely updated to the newest patch (which fixes your problems about 75%) of the time anyway.

On the Chinese Telegram channel, they told me that Blender 3.5 with older plugins works better than the current versions.You should use lower blender version
3.6 or 4.0 should do the trick
I suspect this is due to compatibility issues that may have existed with Unity and the files processed between the two programs.

Maybe the HF Patch bundles one or two of them under a different name, or maybe there’s a plugin that just mimics their functionality. Before installing the hf patch, it had a Timeline button and a very particular Save button, which opened a new interface that allowed you to organize and easily find scenes within subfolders; I think it could also delete corrupted scenes and those that were clearly just renders without data.

since i installed my koikatsu from fresh, i noticed that some bazett scenes - and some other scenes from Klanayo etc dont properly work anymore.
Somehow the animations simply dont work, the chars are in a weird position, or dont move properly etc, so ig im missing some mods and plugins? someone mind sharing them? (or maybe an idea which ones), sadly they are not written in the top left corner
