I don't think Izu knows, actually I think no one who shares gacha headmods knows, usually it’s just a raw import with some edits to make it look good, but the people who make headmods that interact with the rest of the game are actually very very few.
One example of a creator who is able to do that, I think is Sunimo, but he is selling that knowledge, and although I think that is much better than selling cards, I doubt you would be willing to pay 60 dollars for an online class.

I know how to do it at zipmod level like Lor or like $60 guide dude
But I'm actually too lazy to do that

My damn ass prefers to try to use the original face color to color the body instead of struggling to make everything the same color at the same time

In my case, it's just a personal preference accompanied by laziness

the issue lies with kk not being the same engine as the import game and kinda makes the colors look either too saturated or too dull, but the main issue i have with these headmods are the shadowing around the mouth and chin.
