If you mean his scenes he won't share as those are by his own admission, heavily modified scenes from other scene makers (which in a rare feat he actually sources and credits on his pixiv). He mostly shares map mods.
Still if you're okay with just his videos, he does have an Iwara page you can check out. He even offers DL links for his vids. Neat.

Not sure. This is mostly the default size of the BetterRepack plus a bunch of added mods. It only takes like 2-4 min to load everything up.

Yes, having too much content in koikatsu can affect the game's performance, but this depends largely on the user's organization and management; Keep the cache folder clean, have optimized cards (or not corrupted or missing a shader zipmod - be careful, it can be missing zipmods without a problem, the lack of shaders is the real problem here - which are usually responsible for the FPS drop in the game), keep the subfolders in Chara organized but not excessively (if you have a lot, it's best to separate the ones you'll never touch outside the game and keep your favorites or the collections you want), regarding zipmods, avoid having duplicates, this includes inside the sideloader folders (it usually happens when you install the hf patch over the betterrepack), don't use plugins that generate conflicts or that don't work very well (it happened to me with the Chara morpher but this was more due to how poorly optimized my PC is and the lack of a guide for this add-on).
I would also tell you to keep the scenes separate if you won't be using Charastudio for a while (which is normal, since I usually spend around 5 to 8 hours creating or modifying characters). (I'll leave it pending) and that's it.
Most of the problems that Koikatsu faces are the duplicates that we often have and don't review. (Note: if you have zipmods with the same name but different versions (read the manifest.xml) I would recommend adding the version number to the zipmod name to avoid conflicts and preserve it (in case you have cards that use it). The game doesn't read these names; all it cares about is the manifest and the CSV.
An example:
[One Piece Headmod.zipmod] - manifest = v1.1
Having another one with the same name would overwrite it. To do this, before copying the other zipmod but of a different version to the mods folder, rename it:
[One Piece Headmod_v1.2.zipmod]
Finally, I think it goes without saying that a modern computer, but not a cutting-edge one, an average computer with a good GPU (even if it's from the famous Chinese package) can run the game and Charastudio (including VFX). No problem, but it's recommended not to have any other heavy programs running in the background (if you have plenty of RAM, then discard what I said).
Koikatsu Base is the best-optimized version compared to Sunshine, but for some reason, I've stuck with Sunshine. I still don't understand the unconscious charm it has generated in me.

It's normal, but whenever you can or see any discrepancies with the game's execution, I would suggest visiting the koikatsu Discord or directly speaking with #Technician Chikarin (BOT). She will analyze your output_log.txt and show you any problems that may exist within your koikatsu folder in general (this document archives every detail and resources loaded or skipped due to some detail in your last session).
It detects and names both corrupted cards and zipmods or any errors in the manifest; it is specific with its diagnosis, though.
I mention this because thanks to this bot, I was able to detect that I had winrars in mods (the zipmods were actually inside these), and I also forgot to convert the mods from zip format to zipmods.

Click on character, then KKPE adv mode, go to bones tab, search for head/neck. Yurabe scenes usually have those modified for male characters

[近はアズールレーン（最推しベルファスト）で動画作ってます。 カードデータはほぼ借り物です。 xのダイレクトメールは見ないです。他にしてね リクエストは内容次第で↓にて受け付けてます] - Recently, I've been making videos on Azur Lane (my favourite Belfast). Card data is almost borrowed. I don't see X direct mail. Anything else Requests are accepted at ↓ depending on the content.
I've done some research, and all he mentions is that he borrows mods and materials, that is, he borrows released models for his content. That's what I initially understood.
Now, the trick is figuring out which ones they are; although, also, looking at his fanbox, I've read that this same material and zipmods are provided by the same people who pay for the fanbox (I think he makes an exception for free material, but he even charges for motion if it's for sale, although that seems pretty lame to me for a "reward" for the highest tier of his content (the one that costs the most), which is just videos).
Don't get me wrong, people can do whatever they want with their money, and I may even be misjudging this person, but the only way I can find out if he has the cards you want would be to ask.
Something I'm not going to do anymore, not because I don't want to help you, but because I've had a very, very bad experience dealing with Japanese people. :///
