That said, open the mod in something like 7zip or winrar or whatever.
Extract manifest.xml and open it in notepad. Delete the <game>Koikatsu</game> line. Save the file.
Now replace the manifest.xml in the zipmod with the edited one.
This has a 50% chance of working but ultimately it's all you can try.
That appears to be the one. I'll go see if any of my friends have it.
