select chara - KKPE - adv. mode - blend shapes check the "teeth" and/or "eyes/mouth" tab if it has been modified, if not, check if any of the bones in the mouth have been modified in the scene

I checked the head bones and it can only adjust the size of the head. I think it's like a pre set in the scene because no matter what character card I change the face will become like that.
