For teeth:
Select the character>Material editor>search "tooth", disable
For tongue (could be multiple solutions, depends on how it was animated):
look for it in workspace (usually, its in "face" tab), then if its in folder constraint and its not animated, then you can move it.
If contraint folder is animated or there isnt any, then you are pretty much cooked with this one, since it will require a lot of knowledge to fix it

select the character
open material editor
select the clothes
search for the shader line and click on reset
you can also make a copy of the original character and then copy and paste the edits of the material

There are way too many ways. I'd probably start by changing the extension to a text format and comparing both texts to see if they contain any differences.

could be the plugin, imsaya did mention where the body and penis position are on the wrong place. if you have "Better Scaling" enable, click disable it
