Not sure. Could be a mod conflict. You can check kkmanager for that. I upload my card to the same folder in case that is the issue. I seem to be able to duplicate your issue by selecting reset for the shader on cf_m_face_04_eye in Material Editor. The card defaults as Shader Forge/main_item. Could check that or try a different shader, perhaps.

you go scan the card with KKManager to get the non translate zipmod name then search it on Google, i bet it on somekind of Telegram koikatsu group. Go get it from there
