Yes and no at the same time.
There are tools for this, such as the EC to KK card converter, like tool in cmd format, from githube.(something like this one for Sunshine, but maded for EC)
Also some websites can do it.
There's just one big problem: when converting, for some reason, they don't convert everything correctly. It's not a matter of outdated mods, but probably either bad code, or the game engine, or something else.

You can convert the body 100%, but clothes and accessories are a loteriade, becaus it can loaded other random mods, even if you only had one version of the modification.
So you'll almost always have to manually transfer something.
I say this from personal experience because I protected myself this way when people repeatedly sold my free designs.

No, Zhezhicheny's cards aren't marked. They just take a while to leak cause the card itself is hella different from the actual character it's depicting, but his(?) mods are usually used by a wide range of card makers.
